Step 1:

There are a few FREE things you need before you start:

Domain name
Web host, I use FileZilla
Track and waypoint data from your GPS unit
A Google API key found here.
If you don't have Google Earth already, get it
Notepad++

Finally we combine our two .kml files with our google map API key to create an interactive map.
